Dr. Richard D’Eustachio maintained a clinical dental practice in Cherry Hills, New Jersey for 39 years, and has been active in organized dentistry throughout his career. He rose through the ranks of organized dentistry at the local and state levels before moving into a trustee’s position with the American Dental Association.

Dr. Richard D’Eustachio maintained a clinical dental practice in Cherry Hills, New Jersey for 39 years, and has been active in organized dentistry throughout his career. He rose through the ranks of organized dentistry at the local and state levels before moving into a trustee’s position with the American Dental Association, ultimately serving as ADA president in 1995.
In addition to his professional service, Dr. D’Eustachio taught clinical dentistry for 12 years, teaching in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. An outspoken advocate for dentistry and the oral health of the public, Dr. D’Eustachio has often been called upon to address critical health care issues and has received numerous honors and awards.
Dr. D’Eustachio has extensive experience in dental insurance programs and health care financing, and focuses much of his policy attention on these topics. He received his dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
