Mr. Kess is Vice President of Global Professional Relations, Office of the Chairman & CEO for Henry Schein, Inc., a Fortune 500 global healthcare distribution company, where he was instrumental in developing Henry Schein Cares, its corporate social responsibility program. An advocate of minority rights, Kess has been particularly active in the area of diversity and access to healthcare for less advantaged populations. He has served in a variety of leadership roles in many dental associations, organizations, and trade associations. He currently is the Chairman of the American Dental Association’s National Give Kids a Smile Advisory Board, and the Dr. Edward B. Shils Entrepreneurial Fund, Inc.
