Mr. Karim Khadr joined Septodont in 2021 as President of the Dental Division, directly responsible for the company’s global dental business including sales, marketing and research & development.

Mr. Khadr joined Septodont with more than 30 years of experience in both large and small organizations in the medical devices and diagnostics industry. Karim held the position of President and General Manager of NDS Surgical Imaging at Novanta for several years and had a long and successful tenure at Johnson and Johnson across minimally-invasive surgery, orthopedic and diabetes businesses. Functionally, he has also touched several different parts of the business from finance, sales, business development, marketing and general management.

Mr. Khadr is an alumnus of Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, Bloomington, where he earned a Bachelor of Science and an MBA.
