Larry Coffee, D.D.S.
Larry Coffee, DDS, is Founder of the Dental Lifeline Network (DLN), a national nonprofit organization that provides access to dental care and education for people who cannot afford it and have a permanent disability, who are age 65 or older or who are medically fragile.
Dr. Coffee is best known within the profession and the industry for DentaCheques, a program of the DLN that has generated $330 million in dental treatment for 112,000 deserving patients in all 50 states. More than 15,000 dentists and 3,700 laboratories serve as DDS volunteers who provide care.
He is a Fellow of the American College of Dentists and a recipient of the ADA’s Distinguished Service Award, the ADA/Colgate Palmolive Award for Outstanding Service to the public and profession, the Frederick McKay Award for Excellence in Preventive Dentistry from the Pierre Fauchard Academy and the Northwestern University Alumni Award of Merit.
