Envista

As General Counsel for Envista, Mark Nance leads the corporate legal team.

Mark joined Envista in 2019 from INSYS Therapeutics, Inc., where he was most recently Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel. He has nearly 20 years of General Counsel expertise.

Prior to joining Envista, Mark held roles as General Counsel for Mylan, N.V., a global pharmaceutical leader, and led the legal teams at G.E. Healthcare Medical Diagnostics and G.E. Healthcare Life Sciences. He also worked in the Office of Policy Planning at the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. Mark served as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Marine Corps.

Mark holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Missouri and a JD from Cornell Law School.
