Reflecting the organization’s focus on maintaining momentum, this year’s report demonstrates how collaboration, science-based policy, and cross-sector engagement translated into meaningful action. Throughout 2025, the Santa Fe Group strengthened its strategic direction, expanded partnerships, advanced science-based policy efforts, and laid the foundation for its national initiative, Oral Health as a Pathway to Wellness and Longevity.
The report highlights progress across several major initiatives, including the Coalition for Oral Health Policy (COHP), advocacy to expand access to medically necessary dental services under Medicare, leadership development through the Senior Scholars and Fellows, and growing collaboration with organizations across healthcare, academia, government, and industry. It also reflects the organization’s continued commitment to advancing health equity through convening, policy, and cross-sector collaboration.
